Since October 2016 I have been absorbing all I can about having a ketosis lifestyle.
Since I was a small child I have been cooking up a storm and playing with food combinations. Now that I am in cahoots with keto I have made it my mission to figure out the best most flavorful low carb high fat combos and share them with the world. |
