Krab Kakes
It’s true, you can be gluten free, sugar free, feel good, and have your kake and eat it too!
Keto Krab Kake is so good I almost didn’t want to share it with my husband…but I mean I wasn’t going to be able to eat 14 crab cakes on my own. After our Keto Crab feat it seems wrong to not share it with the world! :)
Ingredients:
16 oz of crab (I used jumbo lump from chicken of the sea from the refrigerated section)
Black Pepper
Garlic salt
2 eggs
6 oz Aoili (I got a farmers market black truffel aoili)
Green onion chopped up
2/3 cup coconut flour
Bacon Fat (Any oil works but bacon fat...so good!!)

Step 1: Mix all ingredients in a bowl! (DO NOT mix in the oil) Step 2: Get enough oil in a pan so you can fry. Get that oil to a boiling point as you roll the mixture in your hands and flatten. If the mixture seems like it is falling a part add a bit of coconut flour to help bind. Step 3: Once your oil is bubbling you wanna add in your crab cakes. Cook on each side for 4 min. |
