A question people often ask me is, “If you don’t eat many carbs then what do you eat?”
Well, I eat a lot of things, mostly things that have fats like meat, cheese, butter, avocado and oils.  In this post I want to talk about the staples that I’ve found to be helpful in keeping my body in ketosis.
 
Every diet/lifestyle change site talks about setting yourself up for success, and the ketogenic diet is no different. There is a bit of planning that goes into any big change, so to stay on track I keep my pantry (and fridge) stocked with the following 15 items:

One day a major craving hit me, like Betty White getting tackled in that Snicker's commercial. 
I wanted loaded potato skins and I wanted them NOW.
You just aren't you when you're hungry.
Alas, how could I make sure this craving was cured with a low/no carb option??
And then it hit me: Bacon ranch deviled eggs were born.
Praise the Low Carb gods!
